It was with great delight the Sisters in the UK Region were able to gather for the first time since before the Pandemic on Tuesday 12 October at Rothley Court Hotel in Leicestershire to give thanks and celebrate with our Jubilarians of 2020 and 2021.

 On June 17th a wonderful retreat day for the Jubilarians was led by Sister Kathleen Pruitt. This day was a reflection on the lives of our Jubilarians.

Tuesday, May 14, 2019 was a truly wonderful day as we celebrated the long and fruitful years spent in the Congregation by Sisters Barbara Cleary, Evelyn Sheridan, Alexine Anderson, Anne Kenny, Margaret Redmond and our loved Congregation Leader, Sheila Lemieux. We were happy and privileged to have Sheila choose to join our five stalwarts on this day of joy. Barbara celebrated 80 years, Evelyn 70 years and Alexine, Anne, Margaret and Sheila each gave thanks for 60 full and sometimes challenging years.

We gathered on a magnificent Spring morning at St. Anastasia’s Church in Teaneck, NJ to celebrate with our four Jubilarians: Anne Croghan - 75 years; Eleanor Maraglianoand Kathleen Stack - 70 years; and Suzanne Golas - 60 years!

The Sisters in the UK Region gathered on Saturday 30 July with family and friends of Sister Mary Teresa Sheridan to give thanks and celebrate her Jubilee, 60 years of Religious Life.

Sisters, Associates, family members, and friends gathered on a beautiful almost summer-like day to celebrate 435 years of ministry of seven Sisters of St. Joseph of Peace: Sister Agnes Fox - 75 years; Sisters Cecilia King and Mary Donohue (we celebrated Mary in our hearts) - 70 years; Sisters Judy Boisvert and Clara Schroeder - 60 years; and Sisters Chris Backiel and Margaret Shannon - 50 years!

On April 7 during our Spring Assembly, the sisters and associates of the Western Region celebrated the Jubilees of five amazing women/sisters - Sisters Monica Heeran and Elizabeth Linnane: 70 years; Sister Mary Thorne: 60 years; Sister Margaret Shannon: 50 years and our beloved Sister Camillus Elliott sent blessings from her new life with God on her 80th Jubilee!

CSJP Community, family and friends gathered on Saturday, June 17th to “PROCLAIM HOPE, GIVE THANKS, & CELEBRATE” the Jubilees of five amazing women: Sisters Rose Donohoe and Margaret O’Neill - 80 years; Sister Margie Fort - 50 years; Sisters Margaret Dimond and Sukyi Hur - 25 years. Father Steve Sallis, pastor, presided at the Eucharistic Liturgy at Sacred Heart Church, Bellevue, WA.

It was April 29 and Jubilee Day for the Eastern region of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Peace! This day was an extremely different but, at the same time, usual day for the six 2017 Jubilarians!

The Western Region celebrated the jubilees of five Sisters on Saturday, June 11, 2016. Celebrating were Sister Ellen Caldwell, 80 years; Sisters Ida Mary McAulay and Eileen Keane, 70 years; Sisters Agnes Haddock and Kathleen Pruitt, 60 years; and Sister Susan Dewitt, 25 years.

Hothorpe Hall, Leicestershire was the setting as the Sisters of St Joseph of Peace in the UK came together on 20th June to celebrate a total of 120 years of love and service in religious life with two of our sisters.
